At present, Vaya Nordic ApS is only able to handle orders from some selected countries, we apologize if this causes any inconvenience. If you would like to buy from us and your country is not currently included, please email us and we will look into it.
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Browse our catalog and click on the items you wish to purchase and place them in the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection and have placed the last item in the basket, click on the Shopping Basket icon or click on "Go to Checkout". You will then be asked for the information that we need in order to fulfill the order.
Before you click on 'Send order', you can review your order and choose payment and delivery methods.
If an item is sold out, you cannot add it to the shopping cart. Please check the webshop later for update in added stock.
We accept the credit cards listed when you complete the payment. The amount will only be deducted from the customer's account on the day we ship the goods.
Shipping and handling
Shipping is calculated according to the weight of the products you order. If you buy two or more products, it will probably mean less shipping costs per item. product.
The customer is responsible for entering their address and postal code correctly and for arranging collection at the post office or with the courier if they are not present when the delivery attempt is made. We will notify you when items are returned to us if the post office or courier has been unable to deliver. In this case, we will charge you for the postal portion of your order again before we ship your order back to you.
All shipping is done with PostNord Denmark.

If you use a credit card, the order will be processed securely with our payment service provider Nets. This is done to ensure that all payments always take place over a secure connection, so that your card details cannot be intercepted by third parties. Your card details are therefore never stored at Vaya Nordic ApS, and Vaya Nordic ApS can therefore never draw more on your card than you originally approved.

Guarantee
When you buy from us, you have a 24-month warranty period (except for the 6-month warranty article, see below).
We ask that you contact us before sending the item to us. If your complaint is justified, we will either repair, replace, refund or offer a discount on the price, depending on the situation.
You must contact us with an error on an item within 2 months of discovering the error.
If a warranty item is returned to us and the item is without fault, or if the customer has not followed the instructions for use, we reserve the right to have the customer pay to have the item returned.
It is the customer's responsibility to pack it with sufficient protection so that it is not damaged during transport.
Damage to goods caused by incorrect handling, failure to follow the instructions for use, unauthorized modifications or misuse is not covered by the warranty.
6 months Warranty goods
Products that are damaged over time or require maintenance from the customer to extend their life, e.g. batteries, tires, tire tubes, chain, crankset and moving brake parts have a limited warranty period of 6 months, as the lifespan of these parts depends on how well the customer takes care of them.
24 month warranty on goods
All items (in addition to those listed above under 6 month warranty) have a 24 month warranty. The warranty period will be listed under each item when you purchase it.

Return policy
14 day return policy.
If the buyer does not want the product, he can return it within 14 days of receiving the product. The product can be returned to the seller at our address. You will find the address further down.
The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer. All included accessories, manuals etc. must be included when returning. In some cases, the packaging makes up a large part of the product's value, so the packaging must be returned to be considered returned in the same condition as on delivery. We therefore recommend that you save the packaging until after the 14-day return period.
When an item is returned, it is the customer's responsibility to pack it with sufficient protection so that it is not damaged during transport.
The item must be sent within 14 days of receiving the item. The buyer handles the return shipment.
The returned item must contain order confirmation received from the seller.
The refund will be transferred as soon as the seller receives the product and has checked the returned item(s). The refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
